The fine folks at Sharp have a new smartphone that is guaranteed to turn heads. The Sharp AQUOS Crystal is a striking handset with a style all its own: BGR calls it “the most surprisingly gorgeous smartphone we’ve ever seen” thanks to its high-definition edgeless touchscreen.
Order Now from Sprint Prepaid or Boost Mobile
According to BGR, the Sharp AQUOS Crystal is available to order now “for a comparatively cheap $149.99 from Sprint’s Boost Mobile brand and Sprint Prepaid through Best Buy” retail stores. However, “if you want to wait to get it on a Sprint postpaid plan, you can pick it up starting October 17th.”
Budget Never Looked So Good
The Sharp AQUOS Crystal is unlike any competing device. The display extends to produce one of the slimmest bezels found on a smartphone. The cutting-edge design is sleek, elegant, and sure to grab customer attention. However, the specs reveal it to be a decidedly budget-end device, albeit a very attractive one. The Sharp AQUOS Crystal’s 5-inch display holds a 720-pixel resolution, and the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. The device features 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The camera has a 1.2-megapixel front-facing lens, which is uniquely positioned toward the bottom left of the device, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing lens. The smartphone will ship with Android KitKat 4.4.2 and feature a 2040-mAh battery.
